Sukseskan Asian Games 2018 Dengan Cara Ini

Pesta olahraga empat tahunan negara-negara se-Asia, Asian Games 2018, hadir kembali. Tahun ini, Indonesia dipercaya menjadi tuan rumah kejuaraan besar ini. Sungguh satu prestasi yang membanggakan. Terakhir kali Indonesia menyelenggarakan acara ini pada tahun 1962, atau 56 tahun lalu! Lama sekali ya.

Tidak banyak negara yang dipercaya menjadi tuan rumah Asian Games. Sejak pertama kali diadakan di tahun 1951, hanya sembilan negara Asia yang pernah menyelenggarakannya. Selain Indonesia, delapan negara lainnya adalah India, Filipina, Jepang, Thailand, Iran, Korea Selatan, Cina dan Qatar. Ada dua kota yang terpilih sebagai tempat pelaksanaan kompetisi olahraga bergengsi di benua Asia ini, Jakarta dan Palembang.

Perjuangan yang luar biasa dilakukan pemerintah untuk membawa ajang ini kembali ke Indonesia, sangat layak untuk kita ikut menyukseskan acara ini. Bangga sekali rasanya apabila nama Indonesia tersebar harum di seluruh dunia, karena kemampuannya menyelenggarakan acara kelas dunia.

Ada dua cara untuk ikutan dukung bersama acara olahraga besar yang akan diselenggarakan mulai tanggal 18 Agustus hingga 2 September 2018 nanti. 

MENONTON PERTANDINGAN LANGSUNG

Ada 48 cabang olahraga yang akan dipertandingkan dalam kompetisi empat tahunan ini, total seluruh pelaksanaan hampir mencapai 400 pertandingan dalam rentang waktu dua minggu pelaksanaan. Palembang akan menjadi tuan rumah untuk 10 cabang olahraga, sementara cabang lainnya akan dilakukan di Jakarta. 

Jadwal pelaksanaan pertandingan dapat dilihat di sini atau langsung cek situs resmi Asian Games 2018 atau memantau situs media sosial resmi tim penyelenggara. Tiket pertandingan sendiri dapat dibeli melalui situs penjualan daring kiostix, yang membuat tampilan menarik berdasarkan cabang-cabang olahraga yang dipertandingkan. Memudahkan calon penonton mencari cabang olahraga yang ingin didatangi.

Beberapa cabang olahraga tidak umum dipertandingkan dalam ajang olahraga internasional, seperti Kabaddi dan Sambo. Kabaddi sendiri adalah cabang olahraga dengan kontak badan yang cukup intens. Olahraga ini berasal dari India, mengingat pertama kalinya Asian Games dilakukan di India, sepertinya tidak aneh apabila cabang olahraga ini cukup mengakar ada di dalam kompetisi ini. Sementara Sambo sendiri adalah olahraga bela diri yang berasal dari Rusia-Soviet. 

Jadi tunggu apalagi? Yuk cek jadwal pertandingan dan mulai memilih-milih olaharaga apa yang seru untuk ditonton, baik sendiri atau dengan teman dan keluarga.

Cara termudah mendukung pelaksanaan acara apapun, sekaligus sarana terbaik menyimpan kenangan adalah dengan membeli suvenir resmi yang terhubung langsung. Asian Games 2018 ini cukup membuat saya terkejut dengan gencarnya booth merchandise Asian Games yang banyak bertebaran di berbagai pusat perbelanjaan ternama. Promosi yang sangat baik kalau boleh saya bilang. Dua yang paling saya ingat ada di Lippo Mall Puri dan F(x) mall. Di depan Mall F(x) malah ada patung besar salah satu maskotnya.

Eh, kenalan dulu yuk sama ketiga maskot Asian Games 2018 ini. Tidak kenal maka tidak sayang kan.

Nah, kalau sudah kenal kan enak ya melihat semua produk-produk yang dijual. Terus terang, banyak sekali produk bagus yang dikeluarkan tim penyelenggara, kualitasnya pun sangat baik. Beberapa produk tersebut mencakup tas, bantal leher, kaus, boneka, topi, handuk, gantungan kunci, sandal dan masih banyak yang lain. Berikut beberapa gambar yang sempat saya ambil.

 

 

Lucu-lucu bukan? Rasanya ingin memborong semua. Lokasi penjualan merchandise resmi dapat dilihat di sini, sementara untuk mereka yang tidak dapat berkunjung langsung ke outlet, jangan bersedih. merchandise resmi dijual melalui situs character-land juga, tinggal pilih yang diinginkan dan langsung dikirimkan ke rumah. Gratis ongkos kirim untuk area Jabodetabek dan Jawa Barat dengan minimal pembelian tertentu. Namun saya lihat di market place seperti Tokopedia atau Shopee, sudah banyak yang menjual produk-produk ini. Pastikan saja melakukan pengecekan dengan teliti sebelumnya ya.

Menonton pertandingan akan semakin lengkap dengan atribut yang sesuai bukan. Momen dukung bersama teman dan keluarga jadi makin maksimal.

3 Lokasi Belanja Wajib Kunjung di Seoul

Slow day sekali hari ini, jadi pengen nulis soal kota favorit saya, apalagi kalau bukan Seoul. Berulangkali berkunjung dan masih saja belum puas kesana, masih ingin balik dan balik lagi. Menurut saya, Seoul itu kota yang mirip sekali dengan Jakarta, tapi dengan skala lebih rapi dan bersih. Mungkin perpaduan Singapura dan Jakarta kalau saya gambarkan. Hiruk pikuk, keramaian dan keramahan masyarakat Jakarta plus kebersihan & kerapian tata kota, modern dan tradisional, serta sistem transportasi ciamik khas negeri Singa bercampur dengan indah di Seoul.  

Dibandingkan dengan kota-kota besar lain yang sama menyenangkannya untuk dijelajahi di Asia, seperti HongKong, Tokyo, atau Singapura, Seoul masih menang untuk biaya akomodasi, makan serta suvenir. Semuanya jauh lebih murah di Seoul.

Setelah berkali-kali pergi ke Seoul, saya punya tiga lokasi wajib kunjung dan layak banget didatangi berkali-kali.

DONGDAEMUN NIGHT SHOPPING

Banyak lokasi wisata menarik di Seoul, tradisional ataupun modern. Belum lagi bertebarannya kafe dan tempat makan lucu untuk didatangi, sekedar bersantai atau berfoto. Berapapun hari yang akan dihabiskan di Seoul sepertinya tidak pernah cukup. Terlalu banyak tempat untuk dikunjungi. Sepertinya setiap kembali ke Seoul, ad saja tempat wisata baru yang memanggil-manggil untuk didatangi lol.

Karenanya, saya lebih suka menghabiskan siang hari saya berwisata dan malam hari baru beranjak ke area Dongdaemun untuk berbelanja. Keluar dari exit 8 subway station Dongdaemun history & culture park, pemandangan sekitar akan langsung dimanjakan dengan berbagai macam mall yang menyala terang dan begitu hidup. Mall-mall di area ini buka sekitar pukul 5 sore dan akan tutup keesokan paginya pukul 4-5 pagi. Jadi benar-benar bisa late night shopping maksimal.

Mall terkenal seperti Doota, Lotte, Migliore dan AM PM adalah beberapa yang cukup favorit. Segala kebutuhan tersedia disini, hingga mencari suvenir pun ada. Cocok banget untuk belanja sampai subway buka lagi besok paginya. haha.

GAROSU-GIL

Lupakan Myeongdong dan Hongdae yang selalu penuh orang, cobalah pergi ke Garosu-gil dan nikmati pengalaman berbelanja yang berbeda. Deretan jalanan yang terbentang dari Sinsa station sampai Hyeondae high school ini menawarkan pemandangan yang indah dengan berbarisnya pohon Ginkgo di sisi-sisi jalan. Sangat cantik di musim gugur, tapi terlihat selalu rindang dan adem di musim lainnya.

Berbagai macam merek terkenal memiliki cabang disini, beberapa bahkan flagship store. Mulai dari merek internasional seperti Forever 21 atau H&M sampai merek lokal seperti SPAO. Berbagai outlet skincare Korea pun banyak tersebar di sepanjang jalan ini, lebih enak saja menyusurinya dibandingkan berdesakan dengan ribuan orang di area Myeongdong atau Hongdae, soal harga tidak kalah jauh kok. Saya pikir malah lebih enak coba-coba dan pilih-pilihnya.

Satu nilai tambah lainnya tentu deretan kafe yang menarik disini. Berbagai drama dan acara terkenal Korea Selatan mengambil gambar disini bukan tanpa alasan, lokasinya memang strategis dan cantik. Kafe terkenal dari messenger LINE pun memiliki cabang disini, tokonya memang lebih kecil daripada di Myeongdong, namun suasananya lebih nyaman dan lantai dua ada area photozone. Salah satu agensi musik besar Korea, YG entertainment, pun memiliki merchandise store di area ini.

GANGNAM STATION UNDERGROUND SHOPPING

Mencari pakaian, aksesoris serta sepatu lucu dengan harga miring? Cuss segera kesini.

Lokasinya mudah dicapai dengan subway tentunya, keluar di stasiun Gangnam melalui mana saja, anda akan langsung menemukan pemandangan toko-toko menarik dengan berbagai penawaran harga yang susah untuk dilewatkan. Beberapa toko memasang harga pasti, namun beberapa lagi bisa sekali ditawar. Coba lihat saja apakah ada tanda harga terpasang atau tidak.

Casing ponsel lucu pun banyak bertebaran disini, karena tidak jauh dari lokasi perbelanjaan bawah tanah terbesar se Asia ini, terdapat banyak toko elektronik. Benar-benar keuntungan bisa mendapat banyak casing ponsel dengan harga miring. Bisa diganti-ganti sesuai suasana lah. Lol.

My 2018 Half Year Kpop List: A Mixture of Older & New Kpop Gen Part 2

So, as the continuation of part 1, let's find out what my remaining playlist are in store. 

EXO CBX - BLOOMING DAY

I am a fan of EXO's work, a dedicated EXO-L in some time before turning into Wannable this past year. So, even though the degree of likeness could be slightly different, but all of EXO's release must've been made into my personal playlist. All except EXO CBX's release. CBX is an EXO unit made of the vocal line. Two of them is the main vocal, so the harmonious of a song is safely guaranteed by these unit. Nevertheless, not once did I like their release. Both Hey Mama and Ka-Ching is too messy for a song made to exposed the greatness of their vocal. A great song if it's an EXO's release, since they are famous for dance music and so forth, but I guess no for CBX. I was thinking songs like SNSD TaeTiSeo's had. Great song showcased the strengthness of the members. I know they had the ballad of Someone Like You, still I feel like lacking?

The song is an upbeat one I agree, but for me Chen's and Baekhyun's vocal is being portrayed well in the song. They have the fair share of high and low pitch, plus that kind of hush voice is really good as well. The song may not get higher results like their previous release, but it get my heart. Isn't that better? LOL

SUNMI - HEROINE

I was one of that people swimming in the massive Gashina's fever a while back lol. That song is super catchy and I couldn't wait what's in store next from Sunmi. She's one of the rare soloist that could catch my attention. Ever since 24 hours and Full Moon, Sunmi keep provided hits after hits. Not only the song, but accompanied with memorable dance choreo as well. 24 hours provided as with barefoot dancing while Full Moon showcased the sofa's dance. As for Gashina, I think safe to say everyone love the 'sexy to cute swings' in a split seconds.

So I was waiting for her next track, and the second it released, I instantly love it. Apart the controversies, I still think Sunmi manages to charm the song in her own way. In this song she become much more powerful and screams empowerment. I really like the message that goes in this song, goes with the saying 'show must goes on'. Means everything happens in all our lives, at the end of the day, we will chin up and move on.

Who would've thought that Sunmi could go this far, I think many will agree on my opinion if I said that she's the least popular members of Wonder Girls. I hardly recognizes her while still in WG. My fave is always the leader, Sunye. But look at Sunmi now, even HyunA falls behind her in the recent two comebacks last a year back. So eventhough Heroine is not as viral as Gashina, I still think this song is one of the better release in the first half of 2018.

PRODUCE 48 - PICK ME (NEKKEOYA)

Since the first season, the shows always manage to bring such a catchy song as their main theme song. I have never watched the show religiously, I watched Produce 101 season 2 long after the show ended, but I know by heart all their theme song. From the first season of Pick Me to It's Me (Nayana), all songs really catchy. Not to mention the accompanied choreography that comes within.

When the season 3 introduces, one of the thing that intrigued me the most is the theme song. What kind of song will match the fever glory of the two previous songs. I guess Mnet never disappointed when producing their highlighted show of the year. They had this song from Flow Bow, the same producer's of Produce 101 Season 2's Never and Wannaone's Energetic. Never is by far the best song that Season 2 had, while Energetic is one of the songs that better showcased Wannaone's talent.

The song translated 'Mine' freely but choose the title 'Pick Me' internationally. For me, the title 'Mine' much better version, since you can practically hear they yell 'Nekkeoya' over and over again. I mean, just like 'Nayana' is a better term to describe the season 2's song. Well whatever is, the song is good. I love the cheerful atmosphere and all the trainee's teamwork here. Although the amounts of wink could cause some dizziness lol.

TVXQ - LOVE LINE

I know that their main comeback song is Chance of Love, and boy did I love that song as well. Chance of Love really portrayed the TVXQ we know, suave and smooth. The gentleman men we already familiar with. Then what makes me choose Love Line?

Love Line showed the casual and laid back version of the boys that we rarely seen. It is evident in both the music videos and stage presence on stage. Both Yunho and Changmin smile a lot, oozed that boys next door aura that you can approach anytime. It definitely a fresh new side amidst all those suit and other stage costume that they usually had. It almost feels like one of those Japanese's summer release that they had.

For me, the song shows how mature the boys now. They can easily enjoy their performance after more than 10 years in the industry, and finished the military as well. There is no need to always shows perfection on stage, that TVXQ is famous for. Now is the moment they enjoy the fame and have fun with their fan.

WANNAONE THE HEAL - SANDGLASS/HOURGLASS

This year is a guarantee to be year full of Wannaone's release. As the last year of their project, Mnet surely won't miss the opportunity to make the most of it. This year alone, they already have three different comeback with three albums. I Promise U, Boomerang and the latest one, Light. It's kind of hard to pick my favorite, since all of the releases are such a meh comparing to last year's golden of Beautiful.

Not until I knew the sub unit of The Heal. Their latest comeback allowed Wannaone to makes 4 sub-unit, then they had collaboration with different producers. Members Seongwoo and Daehwi are chosen to performed a duet called The Heal, collaborate alongside producer Heize. Heize gained public recognition after come out from music reality shows, Unpretty Rapstar. I guess this experience made Heize realized the moment Wannaone had at the moment. Being as a results of some survival shows, their fame might be temporary, and for Wannaone, they'll end the group by end of this year.

The feeling of both Heize and Wannone, specially Daehwi if i must point out, pour in to the lyrics of this particular song. He is a great producer himself, despite the young age. Much a like like IOI's downpour or Produce 101 Season's 2 Always, this song brings so much meaning of how precious time is.

I guess that what a temporary group is all about. They know their time is limited and will do the best they can to seize the moments. Sandglass definitely wins me in this first half of 2018.

My 2018 Half Year Kpop List: A Mixture of Older & New Kpop Gen Part 1

Can not believe it's already been July, half of the year gone by so fast! 

So many great music appears in the Korean pop market, I had a tough time followed it all. For me, the past six months a mixture from the new and older Kpop generation. So, it is super fun to follow. I did acknowledge did not listen to all the new release, but I tried. Any new music video appears, I go straight to Youtube to stream and then turn it up my Spotify to check the full single/mini/albums. I tried at least lol.

What is my favorite this past half year?

INFINITE - TELL ME

They definitely always had special spot in my heart. Being an Inspirit (their fandom name) for around 3 years made me had thing special bond with them. Feels like I knew them by heart. Woohyun, my favorite members, responsible for hundreds of picture I stalk every single day, day and night, on almost all of his fansites lol. 

So, it breaks my heart when Hoya decided to left Infinite to pursue his own career. Honestly, I casually followed Infinite past 2014 after they release Season 2 albums, so it really come as a shock to me when I heard the news. Before Hoya news, Woohyun been caught in another scandal as well, in the same year. 2017 it's kind of a mess year for Infinite. So I am really looking forward to their new release san Hoya, before Sunggyu enlistment as well.

Safe to say, I am not disappointed. This is one of the reason why I love Infinite in the first place. Their addictive songs, harmonization between Gyu and Woohyun and all the sharp dance. All is in this masterpiece. I kind of feel some pieces left by Hoya is still there, just hoping someone could take up the role. I saw that Dongwoo is working hard to fill up the empty spot that Hoya left.

A.C.E - TAKE ME HIGHER

This is the group that I love since their pre-debut days. It's all because Park Jun Hee. Blame him lol. His one-time performance on I Can See Your Voice imitating Kangta left a deep impression on me. He surely looks like Kangta. So I began searching his other video and found out that he is a Leader of an upcoming group called A.C.E. This group is dope! They had a lot of cover from other group, boygroup and girlgroup alike. Great dancing, amazing vocals. You can go check out their masterpiece in their official Youtube account.

So it is a no wonder that I witnessed their debut day, and Cactus is a great song. I love it. But I didn't feel the same way for their follow up single, Calling. It's like a repetition from Cactus and I didn't feel the same energy that Cactus bring. Even after they released digital song, a ballad called 5STAR (Incompletion), it still did not reach my taste yet. So I keep waiting for their other works.

Summer come and suddenly Take Me Higher teasers are everywhere. I love the teasers already. It was solid. The song is fun, addictive and the choreo really exhausted just by watching lol. They did amazing, even though lacking one personnel.  The song screams joyfulness during summer, full with high pitch voice and so many foot works. The stage presence still looks empty, since they're still focusing on dance routine. But their vocal is really stable. The music remove version is really good. Aside all that heavy dance routine, they sang really well. 

BLACKPINK - DDU-DU DDU-DU

The long wait is end! Finally, after waiting for long year after the release of their digital single, As If It's Your Last in June 2017. The girls finally back with, again finally, their first mini album. I love all of their materials before, the songs really addictive with some hummed YG style. Not to mention that all the girls had their own fashion style that looks good and fresh.

And it is a no-brainer scenario to say that their release will be a hit. It definitely surpass every expectation. Ddu-du Ddu-du even become the first Kpop song that reach fastest Youtube views in 24 hours after release. In overall category, they only left behind Taylor Swift's Look What You Made Me Do. The music video reached 36.2 million in the first 24 hours since release. 

The song itself is so Blackpink. I couldn't say no, that they surely had the same heritage that 2NE1 left, with a youth feeling into it. One thing I found odd in the beginning is Lisa had no Rap line, I am just used to see her rapping lol. But her vocal line is quite good. For me, this song introduce me to Ji Soo as well. To me, Ji Soo is never an outstanding member, never heard her name before honestly. But her short black hair kind of attractive here, and her vocal is suit her part. Still not my fave member, but glad to say now, all 4 members of Blackpink is equally talented.

IKON - LOVE SCENARIO

I know this song, even hummed to it, before I even knew who sang it. Haha. Too damn addictive, both the melody and lyrics. Something that I never expected coming from Ikon, that said to be the shadow of Winner. Well, at least in my opinion. Since after all, they are the runner up of the show WIN several years back. Also, with the immense popularity of  Really Really by Winner last 2017, I hardly could not imagine any song could top that.

But then again, I am wrong.

Love Scenario definitely could pull it off. Even by looking at their Youtube views, they win by far. Ikon start 2018 with a storm. Some articles even predicted that this song will be 2018 song of the year, even before half of the year even come. I truly believe that honestly. Ikon is not one of those group that had loyal fandom that will do anything for their faves, so I really believe their success is appeal to general masses.

TWICE - WHAT IS LOVE

I really could not believe with this group achievement! Really! They keep beating their own record one another. Not only in terms of Youtube view, but also in song. Twice is among my fave Kpop girl group at the moment. I enjoy all of their songs, and always feels in every release that the song they had later on could never be as addictive as the last one. But JYP proved me wrong. They give such a good materials to the girls so I found myself repeating the songs over and over.

I first like them during TT and always follow their material release after that. Signal is such a disappointed for me, but I still acknowledge it as one of that song stuck-in-your-mind fo re ver. Then come Likey that made me fall in love with the music video location. Last year, they close the year with Heart Shaker as a perfect closure. Such a good year is 2017 for them.

But JYP still keep another song for them to release this year. The Princess-y theme ballroom dance setting fitted perfectly with these nine girls to dance and sing together. In my office, one of the employee seat not far from me, keep replying this song over and over. It made it even harder not to make it stuck lol. Such a happy-go-lucky song.

Serunya Membuat Rencana Travelling dengan 5 Langkah ini

Tahun ini sudah berjalan setengah putaran dan belum ada satu rencana travel pun dibuat bikin baper haha. Tahun lalu di periode waktu yang sama, sudah dua kali bepergian, dengan keluarga dan solo travel. Kangen serunya persiapan bikin rencana perjalanan. 

Travelling yang sesungguhnya sudah tercipta kehebohannya dari persiapannya menurutku. Kadang kalau lagi baper kayak sekarang, mau travel tapi belum bisa, ya iseng saja bikin itineraries sendiri. Ke mana saja yang menarik, siapa tahu suatu saja dimudahkan urusannya kan ya. 

Apa saja sih keseruan yang bisa dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan rencana perjalanan?

Oh iya, please note ini berlaku untuk wisata luar Indonesia ya, karena kalau dalam negeri, proses pembuatan rencana perjalanannya bisa berbeda lagi.

Referensi tersebut bisa didapat dari browsing internet, buka-buka laman sosial media atau membaca review di situs-situs perjalanan seperti Tripadvisor. Untuk laman media sosial milik travel blogger tanah air, saya suka milik Claudia Kaunang dan Kenny Santana. Keduanya membagikan pengalaman berwisata dengan cara yang simpel dan cukup ramah dalam berbagi pengalaman dan menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang ada. Kebetulan pula, keduanya sering membuat trip wisata ke berbagai tempat. Bisa banget dijadikan referensi untuk yang ingin mulai travelling dan mencari teman perjalanan.

Kalau situs, paling sering googling saja sih di internet terkait tempat wisata yang ingin dituju. Katakan ingin ke Lotte World di Seoul, ya googling saja 'Lotte world Seoul review' atau 'how to spend time in Lotte World'. Saya sendiri lebih suka googling dalam bahasa Inggris agar hasilnya lebih banyak saja.

MENCARI REFERENSI RESMI

Nah setelah melihat pengalaman-pengalaman dari orang lain, saya juga imbangi dengan informasi resmi dari situs pariwisata tempat bersangkutan. Disini saya melakukan pencarian yang lebih up to date terkait cara menuju lokasi wisata, jam buka, harga tiket hingga fasilitas lainnya yang diberikan oleh tempat tersebut. Fasilitas lain tersebut bisa berupa free tour misalnya.

Negara dan kota-kota ternama di seluruh dunia tentu memiliki situs pariwisata, namun kemudahan navigasi dan kelengkapan isi situs pasti berbeda satu sama lain. Langkah pertama yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencari informasi resmi negara tersebut dapat dimulai dengan browsing situs resmi pariwisata negara tersebut. Kata kunci yang sering saya gunakan dalam mesin pencari adalah 'tourism'. 

Salah satu yang membuat saya suka kembali lagi dan lagi ke Korea adalah lengkapnya situs wisata serta laman sosial media lembaga pariwisata Korea Selatan. Navigasi dalam situs pun cukup mudah dilakukan, misalnya saja di situs Visit Korea ini mereka menuliskan dengan lengkap informasi wisata mengunjungi perkampungan Hanok. Mulai dari latar belakang mengapa tempat ini menarik untuk didatangi sampai cara reservasi apabila ingin melakukan pemesanan tur. 

TRANSPORTASI YANG TEPAT DAN SESUAI ANGGARAN

Sudah tertarik dengan pengalaman orang lain mengunjungi satu tempat dan mendapatkan banyak referensi lokasi dari situs resmi, pasti gatel dong rasanya ingin segera berangkat? haha. Nah, tahap selanjutnya adalah memikirkan transportasi yang tepat menuju dan selama berada di kota tujuan.

Situs andalan saya Skyscanner membantu dalam melakukan pencarian tiket pesawat termurah yang dapat saya pilih. Uniknya lagi, apabila kita belum tahu mau pergi kemana tapi mau tahu ada tiket murah ke mana, ketik saja 'anywhere' di kotak tujuan. Situs akan mencarikan tujuan termurah dari kota tempat keberangkatan kita. Seru kan?

Sementara untuk wisata dalam kota di tempat tujuan, pilihan terbaik di luar negeri tentu saja transportasi umum. Pilihan antara kereta bawah tanah, bus atau monorail bisa menjadi pertimbangan. Salah satu situs serta aplikasi yang saya sukai adalah milik Tokyo Metro, jaringan kereta bawah tanah Jepang. Situs Tokyo Metro mudah diakses dan dapat dijadikan panduan dalam membuat itineraries yang lebih lengkap, bahkan sampai ke menit dan detik apabila perlu. Transportasi Jepang dikenal sangat tepat waktu, sehingga kemungkinan meleset hampir tidak ada.

Salah satu pengalaman saya terkait tepat waktunya transportasi di Jepang ini terjadi saat saya naik kereta dari Kyoto ke Osaka. Sampai 15 menit sebelum waktu keberangkatan, kereta belum juga tiba di peron. Kereta tiba 5 menit sebelum keberangkatan dan benar-benar jalan sesuai jadwal. Benar-benar pas dengan apa yang tertera di tiket, harap menunggu di peron keberangkatan lima menit sebelum waktunya. Luar biasa!

MENENTUKAN PILIHAN AKOMODASI

Semakin mudahnya berwisata di jaman now tentu membuat pilihan akomodasi menjadi sungguh banyak. Tergantung preferensi, bajet serta banyaknya anggota yang dibawa dalam perjalanan kita,  berbagai pilihan akomodasi dapat dipertimbangkan. Mulai dari guest house, bed&breakfast, hostel, motel, apartemen, hotel berbintang, sampai menyewa rumah pun tersedia. Berbagai perbedaan tipe akomodasi tersebut dapat dilihat di sini.

Sampai saat ini, situs andalan saya mencari akomodasi adalah airbnb. Airbnb menyediakan berbagai macam tempat tinggal sesuai dengan keperluan kita. Airbnb adalah pihak ketiga yang bertindak sebagai perantara, sementara penyedia jasa penginapan adalah individu-individu yang memiliki ruangan kosong untuk disewakan. Bergantung kepada review dari mereka yang pernah tinggal di satu lokasi serta ketanggapan pemilik lokasi adalah cara saya memilih lokasi hunian yang tepat selama liburan nantinya.

Cathy, salah satu host saya sewaktu berlibur ke Hong Kong, adalah host favorit saya. Ia memiliki beberapa hunian yang ideal untuk keluarga atau grup besar, dalam bentuk apartemen beberapa kamar, lengkap dengan ruang keluarga dan dapur. Salah satu unit yang disewakan Cathy dapat dilihat di sini. Lokasi huniannya sangat dekat dengan kawasan ramai Mong Kok dimana pasar malam dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Bahasa Inggris Cathy juga sangat baik, sehingga komunikasi berjalan lancar. Ia juga akan ada di hari pertama kita datang, untuk memberikan orientasi terkait apartemen serta mengajarkan fungsi beberapa fasilitas di dalamnya. Tidak heran apabila ia adalah salah satu Superhost Airbnb saat ini. Superhost adalah program Airbnb untuk memberikan titel kepada host terbaik dalam situs mereka, seperti Star Seller di Shopee.

STICK TO YOUR BUDGET, GRATISAN JUGA SERU

Terakhir, dan paling penting, sesuaikan dengan anggaran. Jangan sampai banget pulang liburan langsung jatuh miskin haha.

Pasti banyak sekali lokasi wisata yang ingin didatangi, beragam suvenir yang ingin dibawa pulang atau pilihan-pilihan akomodasi yang menarik untuk ditinggali. Namun apabila kesemua hal tersebut mengganggu neraca keuangan kita nantinya, lebih baik di-skip.

Ada cukup banyak panduan untuk tetap bisa jalan-jalan happy namun minim anggaran. Misalnya, cari lah lokasi wisata gratis seperti taman atau alun-alun kota. Hal lainnya bisa juga dengan mengikuti tur gratis yang banyak disediakan dengan cara berjalan kaki. Atau beli lah tiket wisata jauh-jauh hari sebelum datang agar mendapatkan potongan harga.

Beberapa tips menghemat anggaran selama travelling dapat dilihat di sini. Eropa, yang katanya mahal pisan kesananya, pun menawarkan banyak aktivitas gratis yang bisa dilakukan. Gratisan pun tetap bikin liburan kita menyenangkan, kok.
